Erin E. Laferriere MSN, RN, CCRN
Erin Laferriere is the owner and founder of E.L. Nurse Consulting. Erin has been a critical care registered nurse for over sixteen years with extensive training and experience in the adult intensive care setting. Erin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State College in 2009 and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership & Management in 2015, graduating with honors. Erin is board certified in critical care nursing through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Erin is the recipient of the Nursing Excellence Award for Mentorship In 2015 and the DAISY Award in 2023. Erin is clinically active in the adult intensive care setting as a staff nurse, charge nurse, rapid response and code blue team member, preceptor, and mentor. Erin utilizes her knowledge, experience, and training to consult on medical-legal cases with a focus on malpractice and forensic cases.

Kristin Kinglocke M.Ed, BSN, RN, CCRN
Kristin Kinglocke is an experienced professional registered nurse with a strong background in critical care. Kristin obtained an Associate of Science in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017; she has the distinguished honor of being Valedictorian for both nursing classes. Kristin is board certified in critical care nursing through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. Kristin is clinically active in the intensive care setting as a clinical leader, staff nurse, charge nurse, and preceptor. Kristin applies her clinical knowledge to the education of staff nurses in her role as clinical leader. Kristin participates on committees that directly impact the delivery of care. Kristin utilizes her knowledge, experience, and training to consult on medical-legal cases.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dalena C. Matthews MSN, RN, CCRN
Dalena Matthews is professional registered nurse with over 20 years of experience at a tertiary and academic center. Dalena has extensive experience in the cardiovascular intensive care unit, including cardiac surgical procedures and advanced cardiac devices. Dalena received her BSN in 2004 from the University of Vermont and her MSN in 2018 from Boston College, graduating both programs with honors. Dalena is board certified in critical care through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. She is clinically active in the CVICU where she serves as a staff nurse and mentor, educating new hires and senior nursing students. Dalena applies her vast nursing knowledge and expereince to medical-legal cases as a consultant.
